Ir. Rosdan bin Ismail is a highly experienced mechanical and piping engineer with over 17 years of industry expertise in the petrochemical, oil and gas, and power plant sectors, covering both upstream and downstream operations. He began his career with 2 years in construction engineering, focusing on steel structures, process piping fabrication, installation, and pre-commissioning works for petrochemical plants.

He has served as an Engineering Manager for more than 10 years in renowned consultancy firms such as MECIP, MMC Oil & Gas, and QMEC Consult Sdn Bhd, overseeing various stages of engineering design and execution. For the past 5 years, he has held roles as an EPCC Project Manager and Managing Director, leading multidisciplinary teams and project deliverables.

Ir. Rosdan is well-versed in FEED, basic and detailed engineering, equipment selection, and stress analysis using tools like CAESAR II and PVelit. He is proficient in reading and reviewing engineering drawings such as P&IDs, layout plans, isometrics, and pipe support details. He is also knowledgeable in international codes including ASME, API, NFPA, and ASHRAE. His portfolio includes HVAC design, plumbing, firefighting systems, BOQ preparation, vendor assessment, and construction supervision across industrial and commercial projects.
